I suggest you send it to the SpaceX twitter account. Dr Hines had the misfortune of encountering ignorant security personnel. It happens more often than it should. Incidentally, 100+ turtle eggs would be dead if Elon hadn't - personally - offered the turtle rescue people a generator last winter. He wasn't asked. He simply saw an issue he could fix and fixed it.
I happen to agree with you regarding the propriety of a large scale "pre-treatment" and a 250MW methane fueled power plant. I'm hoping they can come up with a better plan, and I plan to so state in my PEA comment. I was impressed with your series right up to the point where you decided to scream "FRAUD" and went off the deep end.
well, when it's revealed that they deliberately left out stuff to avoid bad optics, come back to me. This is egregiously bad. I'm trying to explain how bad it is and the answers are either fraud/corruption or the 20 most incompetent EHS professionals in the history of the disciplines all ended up working on the same project.
Wow. You mean like when they state right in the text of the document that they left things out? When they state right in the document that other reviews and permits will be needed for various projects?
What does that have to do with a faulty scope and incorrect impact assessment.
NEPA doesn't require you to have permits in advance, it requires that you determine all impacts (direct and indirect) and determine if they're significant.
Like I said, maybe learn about the rule before you make arguments you don't understand
Well, apparently you know more than the FAA, the other Federal and State Agencies which are assisting, and the contractors from ICF. I'm reasonably certain that if the FAA is breaking the rules that Boeing and Lockheed and a few of their friends - organizations with actual Federal pull - will have something to say about it. So did you tell the FAA in your PEA comment that their process was illegal?

I'm glad that's your takeaway from the series.

It's really bad
