And the brushfire is still burning along near the highway and further back at 19:36, while, at 17:36, apparently several tons of liquid oxygen were dumped on the ground from the (simultaneously fuelled) booster behind the launch tower, but the wind fortunately did not blow it towards the flames (presumably as expected by the operators).

And now on 8 Sept 2022, a static fire of probably all 6 engines on Starship # 24 at 16:30 has ignited a brushfire, that has been burning over at least 100m near the highway, for about 10 minutes. See this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lwc1owVFs94&ab_channel=LabPadre

Each launch of Starship on its booster will cover the entire launch site area with propellant residue, a deluge of noise suppression water - is that a CWA violation also?

Need to put things in perspective. Read the NY Times today. African forests are being burned for firewood. Sri Lanka has collapsed as a functioning economy. ( Tucker says due to ESG restrictions on fertilizer. ) SpaceX is advancing the reach of mankind. Its low cost internet services will enable people in Africa and Sri Lanka to participate in global economy.
